Represent IBACTP® Certification Programs in Your Market

Training organizations located outside the United States may apply to participate as an IBACTP® International Affiliate Training Partner.

International Affiliate Training Partners provide an important connection between IBACTP® professional certification programs and learners, employers, institutions, and workforce-development initiatives within their local and regional markets.

The international affiliate model is designed for established training organizations seeking to:

• Expand their professional certification portfolio
• Deliver high-demand technology training
• Serve corporate and government clients
• Support university and student cohorts
• Develop recurring certification programs
• Build professional and management-level training pathways
• Strengthen their international training profile
• Establish a formal relationship with IBACTP®

International Affiliate Partner Annual Fee

The annual affiliation fee for an approved International Affiliate Training Partner is $5,000 USD Per Year.

The annual fee supports participation in the IBACTP® Affiliate Training Partner Program and the administrative, program, certification, branding, and partner-support infrastructure required to maintain an active international affiliation.

The fee is assessed annually for each approved International Affiliate Training Partner unless otherwise stated in a separately executed partnership agreement.

Payment Is Required with the Application

Organizations applying for International Affiliate Training Partner status must submit the $5,000 USD annual affiliation fee together with the completed Affiliate Training Partner Application. The affiliation application and payment are treated as part of the same onboarding process.

Important: We will not process an International Affiliate Training Partner application until we receive the required annual affiliation fee. Submitting an application form without payment does not initiate the formal partner approval process.

Need an Invoice? Request an Official IBACTP® Invoice Before Payment

Organizations that require an invoice for internal procurement, finance, accounting, or payment authorization may request one before submitting payment.

To request an invoice, contact: admin@ibactp.org. The request should include:

• Legal organization name
• Billing address
• Country
• Primary contact name
• Contact email
• Telephone number
• Company registration number, if applicable
• Tax or VAT information, where applicable
• Any required purchase-order reference
• Requested invoice recipient details

IBACTP® will provide applicable payment instructions with the invoice.

Important Payment & Approval Notice

Payment of the annual affiliation fee allows the application to proceed through the formal partner-review process. Payment alone does not constitute approval, authorization, accreditation, certification, appointment, exclusivity, or permission to use trademarks or deliver programs. An organization may represent itself as an affiliate only after receiving formal written approval and completing all required documentation.

Partnership Term & Renewal

International Affiliate Training Partner status operates on an annual basis. Continued affiliation requires annual renewal, payment of the applicable annual affiliate fee, continued compliance with IBACTP® policies, appropriate use of certification and brand materials, maintenance of professional training standards, and good standing with IBACTP®.

• Affiliate Partner Status: Formal recognition as an approved IBACTP® Affiliate Training Partner
• Certification Portfolio Access: Opportunity to offer authorized preparation programs
• Partner Onboarding: Guidance for launching approved certification programs
• Program Information: Access to program outlines, requirements, candidate info, and updates
• Brand Guidance: Authorized use of applicable Affiliate Training Partner branding
• Partner Directory: Eligibility for inclusion in applicable partner listings or directories
• Certification Coordination: Guidance regarding candidate registration and credentialing
• Program Updates: Information regarding relevant changes to approved certification programs
• Administrative Support: Direct partner communication and operational support
• Business Development: Potential participation in corporate, institutional, and academic initiatives

What the Annual Fee Does Not Include

Unless expressly stated, the annual fee does not include:

• Candidate certification fees
• Individual examination fees
• Candidate retake fees
• Travel expenses & Instructor travel
• Venue costs
• Custom program development
• Translation expenses
• Taxes or government charges
• Exclusive territorial rights
• Guaranteed candidate volume, corporate contracts, or revenue
