No. Professional Membership does not require a certification examination. The annual registration is $200.
Student Membership is $49.99 annually and is designed to provide an affordable pathway into professional development and applicable self-paced resources.
No. Student Membership and professional certification are separate. Students interested in certification must satisfy the requirements of the certification they wish to pursue.
Yes. Chartered Membership is an assessment-based membership pathway. Eligible applicants must successfully complete the applicable certification examination or approved Capstone Project.
Corporate Membership is an organizational membership designed for employers seeking professional-development, workforce, training, and certification opportunities for multiple employees.
Eligible Corporate Members may receive percentage-based discounts based on factors such as cohort size, number of participants, programs selected, and the applicable corporate agreement.
Professional Fellow Membership is an advanced membership category for accomplished professionals seeking elevated professional recognition and engagement.
Professional Fellow Membership: $2,000.
Grand Fellow is IBACTP®’s highest Fellow membership category and provides the broadest applicable Fellow membership rights and privileges.
Grand Fellow Membership: $3,000.
No. Fellow status does not automatically confer a governance, Board, committee, or advisory appointment. Such appointments are made separately under applicable governance procedures.
Qualified members may be considered for eligible committees, panels, working groups, or other professional activities. Participation depends on the requirements and appointment procedures for the particular body.
Where IBACTP® issues a membership badge, active members may use it according to applicable brand and credential-use requirements.
Yes. Membership and certification are separate forms of professional engagement. An individual may simultaneously be an IBACTP® member and hold one or more active IBACTP® certifications if all applicable requirements have been met.
