Becoming an IBACTP® Authorized Training Partner (ATP) allows qualified organizations to participate in a structured global training network focused on Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Data & Analytics, Cloud, Technology Governance, Digital Transformation, and related emerging technology disciplines.

Authorized Training Partners may be approved to deliver programs at:

The partnership helps qualified organizations expand their professional training portfolios while staying aligned with IBACTP® learning outcomes, certification standards, brand requirements, and assessment-integrity expectations.

Authorized Training Partner Responsibilities

Approved partners may be expected to:

• Deliver only approved IBACTP® programs within their authorized scope
• Follow applicable learning outcomes and Bodies of Knowledge
• Use approved or authorized course materials
• Maintain qualified trainers
• Provide accurate program information to candidates
• Maintain attendance and training records
• Support participant enrollment
• Submit required cohort or participant information
• Protect examination and assessment integrity
• Avoid sharing confidential exam content
• Follow IBACTP® brand requirements
• Maintain appropriate learner support
• Respond to complaints professionally
• Participate in periodic program reviews
• Maintain annual partner accreditation status
• Notify IBACTP® of material organizational changes

Authorized Training Partner Accreditation Fees

IBACTP® Authorized Training Partner accreditation is renewed annually. The annual accreditation fee depends on the geographic region in which the partner is primarily registered and authorized to operate:

• United States / Canada / Mexico — $3,050 USD annually
• Africa — $1,500 USD annually
• India — $2,050 USD annually
• Other Latin American Countries — $1,000 USD annually
• Other International Markets — $5,000 USD annually

Important Fee Notice

The annual accreditation fee:

• Covers Authorized Training Partner status for the approved annual period
• Is separate from candidate certification or examination fees
• Is separate from any trainer-specific fees, where applicable
• Does not guarantee a minimum number of candidate enrollments
• Does not transfer ownership of IBACTP® certification content or intellectual property
• Must be renewed annually to maintain active Authorized Training Partner status

Additional commercial, licensing, training-material, examination, or program-specific fees may apply depending on the final partnership agreement.

Geographic Classification

Applicants should select the region that corresponds to the legal location of the applying organization.

• United States / Canada / Mexico — $3,050: Applies to organizations legally registered in the United States, Canada, or Mexico.
• Africa — $1,500: Applies to organizations legally registered in African countries.
• India — $2,050: Applies specifically to organizations legally registered in India.
• Other Latin American Countries — $1,000: Applies to Latin American countries other than Mexico.
• Other International Markets — $5,000: Applies to eligible organizations outside the regions specifically listed above.

Final regional classification is subject to IBACTP® review.

Partner Marketing and Brand Use

Authorized Training Partners may be permitted to describe themselves as an: IBACTP® Authorized Training Partner subject to current authorization and applicable brand guidelines.

Partners must not state or imply that:

• They are IBACTP® itself
• They independently award IBACTP® certifications
• Certification is guaranteed
• IBACTP® has accredited unrelated programs
• Their ATP status represents government or academic accreditation unless such recognition independently exists

Certification Authority

Training delivery and certification award are distinct responsibilities. Authorized Training Partners may prepare candidates, deliver approved instruction, and support applicable trainer-assessed activities. However, IBACTP® retains responsibility for its certification standards and applicable credential-award processes.
